O CRIMINOSO E O LOBISOMEM

Resumo

Ilustrado pelo lai “Homem-Lobo” de Maria de França, o presente estudo visa descortinar os processos de construção da identificação criminosa a partir das interações estabelecidas pelo sujeito ao longo de sua história. No percurso proposto, destaca-se a importância fundamental do olhar do outro e das relações de poder na dinâmica de conformação identitária, que se toma por tarefa inacabável, mas passível de estabilização. Sobrelevam-se, por fim, os circuitos perversos que fazem do sistema prisional um aparelho constituinte de uma criminalidade dócil, em termos políticos, e útil, no que se refere a manutenção do status quo.

ABSTRACT

Illustrated by the “lai Homem-Lobo”, of Maria de França, the present study aims to uncover the process of the construction of a criminal identity from the interactions established by the subject throughout it’s history. On the proposed path, the highlight is on the fundamental importance of the others point of view and on the power relationships on the dynamics of the formation of an identity, which is a never-ending task, although it can be stabilized. Above all, are the perverse circuits that make the prision system a device that creates a passive criminality, in political terms, and useful, as regards the manteinance of the status quo.
